What is our Farm Package?

With our Farm package, you, your family and your employees will have access to your own Security Guard 9pm - 5am every night, 365 days a year.
What is our Farm Plus Package?
​
With our Farm Plus package, you, your family and your employees will have access to your own Security Guard 9pm - 5am every night, 365 days a year.
​

Your personal guard will be available to you and your family via phone or text message at any time during the night should you need them.
​
Using our App you will be able to call, instant message, or track your guard at any time during the night. On the Incidents section, you will be able to view in real-time any updates on local incidents uploaded by Track Safe head office, or your guard.
In the event of an incident on your property, you can contact your guard, and they will visit your property. Our guards will then take the following steps:

Advise you on the best action that you can take.

Notify the Police.

Take the appropriate action necessary to de-escalate any given security incident.

Make a report of the incident.
You will also be notified of the incident via your preferred method of communication the following day and provided with a copy of the guard's report.
This package includes cover for up to two linked residential properties and one farmyard or commercial site owned or operated by one person or company plus additional adjoining farmland land.

When you purchase this package, we may contact you to arrange a free site visit, at your convenience. At the site visit, our representative will need to be shown the extant of the land to be covered.
In addition to this, your land and properties will be instantly added to your security guards patrol route, this means that your property will be physically inspected, at least two times per night to check for suspicious or illegal activity. If your guard discovers any suspicious or illegal activities, they will, if necessary notify the Police, and you, if you wish.
