What is our Business Package?

With our Business package, you and your employees will have access to your own Security Guard 9pm - 5am every night, 365 days a year.
What is our Business Plus Package?
​
With our Business Plus package, you and your employees will have access to your own Security Guard 9pm - 5am every night, 365 days a year.
Your personal guard will be available to you and your family via phone or text message at any time during the night should you need them.
Using our App you will be able to call, instant message, or track your guard at any time during the night. On the Incidents section, you will be able to view in real-time any updates on local incidents uploaded by Track Safe head office, or your guard.
In the event of an incident on your property, you can contact your guard, and they will visit your property. Our guards will then take the following steps:

Advise you on the best action that you can take.

Notify the Police.

Take the appropriate action necessary to de-escalate any given security incident.

Make a report of the incident.
You will also be notified of the incident via your preferred method of communication the following day and provided with a copy of the guard's report.
This package includes cover for one commercial premises and any connecting yard/storage space including any storage containers within the property boundary.
In addition to this, your premises will be instantly added to your security guards patrol route, this means that your premises will be physically inspected, at least two times per night to check for suspicious or illegal activity. If your guard discovers any suspicious or illegal activities, they will, if necessary notify the Police, and you, if you wish.
